How will you contribute:

You will actively participate in project development using the BIM methodology;

You will carry out and coordinate Revit modelling, contributing to the coherent integration of information into the design process.;
• You will approach projects with a BIM logic, focusing on quality, accuracy, and workflow optimisation;
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for the efficient integration of technical solutions.;
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the way of working by using digital tools and new technologies.

Key skills

• Higher education completed in the field of construction or architecture;

• Experience working in Revit and familiarity with the BIM modelling process;

• Solid understanding of the structural design process;

• The ability to work in an organised and coherent manner in a BIM methodology-based environment;
• Attention to detail, rigour and quality orientation;

• Openness to emerging technologies and interest in the impact of AI and digitalisation in construction engineering.

Key skills

• Degree certificate from the Faculty of Architecture;

• Five years of experience in architecture;

• Solid experience in using Revit;

Experience in public projects is an advantage

If you are passionate about 3D technology, laser scanning, drones and BIM modelling, this could be your next role.

How will you contribute:

• You will perform 3D field scans using mobile, robotic and airborne equipment (including drones and Leica technologies);
You will process point clouds and transform captured data into accurate BIM models in Revit;
• You will generate 2D plans, sections, elevations and digital deliverables for design teams;
• You will contribute to diverse projects – residential, commercial, industrial, heritage and infrastructure;
You will collaborate with BIM and digitalisation teams to optimise workflows.

Key skills

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in geodesy, 3D surveying, scanning, or project digitisation;
• Higher education in construction, geodesy, or related technical fields;

• Experience in Revit and working with scanned data / point clouds;

• Knowledge of surveying and 3D data capture;

• Availability for travel (Bucharest – Prahova) and Category B driving licence;

Advanced knowledge of the English language.
