• Monitor and analyse opportunities in SEAP to identify suitable partners.;
• You manage the entire public procurement process, from documentation to award;
• Ensure compliance with specific legislation;
• Actively communicate with beneficiaries, partners and contracting authorities.;
• You manage the tendering process and negotiations for contract awards.

• Higher education in a technical field (architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering) providing a strong foundation for understanding projects.;
• Solid expertise in public procurement legislation and the ability to develop effective strategies.;
• Analytical and decision-making skills, coupled with clear and persuasive communication.;
• Minimum 5 years' experience and software knowledge for documentation and Gantt charts (Microsoft Project, Office).

How will you contribute:

• You will create essential technical documentation: plans, diagrams, reports, summaries – all impeccable;
• You will ensure that electrical solutions are in line with standards and good practices;
• You will coordinate and integrate electrical installations within multidisciplinary projects;
• You will be the trusted partner of execution teams, offering technical support during critical phases.;
• You will analyse and optimise external projects to guarantee quality and compliance.

Key skills

• Solid experience in design (minimum 7 years) + ANRE certification.;
• Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, DIALux, Revit, ETAP, or Magicad;
• Technical rigour and an analytical mind – you know how to read between the wires and circuits.;
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills;
• Flexibility and availability for travel (occasionally, up to 20%).
