S.C. QUADRATUM ARCHITECTURE S.R.L., in strategic partnership with S.C. WEBITFACTORY S.R.L., announces the successful completion of the investment project focused on the radical digital transformation of workflows in architecture and engineering. Through this initiative, the company consolidates its position as a technological leader in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector in Romania, operationalising an advanced digital hub in Brazii de Sus, Prahova County. This investment represents the technological foundation for a new era of operational efficiency, facilitating unprecedented interoperability through the synchronisation of Digital Twin data.

Strategic Objective: From Traditional Architecture to Advanced Digital Innovation
The project was conceived as a visionary response to the limitations of traditional methods, where manual surveys and laborious legislative analyses generated critical inefficiencies. Through the integration of seven emerging technologies — Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Cloud Computing, IoT, Mixed Reality (VR/AR), Cybersecurity and High-Performance Computing — Quadratum Architecture has completed the full transition to workflows Full-BIM.
The central piece of this modernisation is the state-of-the-art hardware infrastructure. The implementation of autonomous robotic platforms, such as 3D scanner-equipped robot dog and high-precision drones (indoor/outdoor), allows the execution of LiDAR scans in unmanned mode. These technologies ensure complete human safety in seismically compromised structures or degraded heritage sites, eliminating measurement errors through the automatic generation of millimetre-precision „point clouds”.
Innovative Solutions Portfolio: The „Quadra” Ecosystem”
Developed in collaboration with experts from WEBITFACTORY S.R.L., the „Quadra” software ecosystem automates complex processes, transforming raw data into competitive value:
– QuadraVision: Orchestrate BIM visualisation through Augmented Reality, enabling site managers to overlay the digital model onto the physical construction for instant checks.
– QDevize: Use AI to automatically generate bills of quantities in accordance with GD 907, reducing tendering time through predictive cost algorithms.
– QuadraMeet: Merges IoT with AI to capture technical discussions from meeting rooms, automatically generating minutes and executive summaries distributed in real-time.
– QuadratBOTS & QuadraVox: A suite of AI assistants that navigate complex legislation and technical regulations, providing legal support to the design team and automating the digital presence in social media through specialised content generation.
– QuadraBid: Streamline access to public tenders through the automated analysis of specifications downloaded from SEAP/SICAP, instantly identifying eligibility criteria.
– Quadratum Dashboard: Centralise integrated resource management within a unified ERP/CRM platform.
This suite of tools does not merely digitalise the company, but redefines the parameters of economic performance through „human-centric AI” integration.
Performance Indicators and Market Impact
The investment's sustainability is guaranteed by a robust cybersecurity architecture, for which a budget of over 12,01% of the total project value. The strategic results confirm the success of the implementation:
1. Strategic productivity growth target: Estimated at 20,57% by eliminating repetitive tasks and automating data capture from the field.
2. Economic expansion: A forecasted turnover increase of over 10% in the first year of sustainability.
3. Digital excellence: Reaching a 10 digital intensity criteria in accordance with the DESI index, transforming Quadratum Architecture into a benchmark of modernity for the engineering services industry.
The success of this project demonstrates the transformative potential of the NRRP in supporting the technological sovereignty of Romanian companies on the global market.
